The Last ER Episodes - Spoilers!

by

So the sad news is that we’ve only got until the end of March for new episodes of ER. Which means just as I’ve taken over the site, the show is going to be over! Nooooo! The good news is that we get to see tons of our favorite characters, such as Dr. Corday! Now I know Thursday’s episode was a bit…strange…but I also know that it was really nice to see Dr. Corday. I only wish she’d returned to the ER just to say hi to everyone! And I love that Jerry has been back, and, of course, seeing Dr. Greene was absolutely amazing.

Am I the only one who still cries whenever I see the episode that he dies?

Anyway, we do have a few spoilers about what is going to happen in the next few episodes, and about which characters are coming back. In order to make sure that those who don’t want to know aren’t forced to know, I’m putting all of the spoilers that I’ve got under the break!

If you clicked here, you probably want to know some spoilers, especially which characters are going to be returning to County General. Here’s all the info that I currently have!

AIR DATE: 1/22/09
LOVE IS COMPLICATED
—COURTNEY B. VANCE (“LAW AND ORDER, CRIMINAL INTENT”) GUEST STARS—Morris (Scott Grimes) treats a complicated case involving a young girl that was hit while riding her bike. Gates (John Stamos) can’t seem to shake his feelings for Sam (Linda Cardellini). Meanwhile, Neela (Parminder Nagra) gets flustered when Dr. Brenner (David Lyons) returns from Australia. Angela Bassett also stars.

The rest of the spoilers about the episodes are what is known as “casting call” info - there’s no synopsis but we can get a really good idea about what is going to happen based on what actors the studio was looking for..

Title: To Be Announced

Sam’s (Linda Cardellini) sister. She is 25 years old - attractive, funky, bubbly, extroverted, makes friends in a heartbeat. Smart, but not a great student. Never finished college, but has a passion for fashion design and after many years of struggle, it looks like she’s hit the big time. Her career will take her around the world, away from Dallas, where she cares for her Mom who’s frail, in assisted living. She shows up in Sam’s life with a plan to move Mom to Chicago so Sam can pitch in with her care. This doesn’t go over well, since Mom kicked Sam out of the house 15 years ago when she was pregnant - and they haven’t spoken a word since. Kelly and Sam haven’t been close either - they’ve interacted only once or twice in the past 15 years so there is a lot of work that needs to be done if these sisters are to re-connect.
