Nichole Smith is a wife, mother to four, a freelance writer and a journalist for her local newspaper. She is also an avid blogger and can be found at her parenting blog, The Guilty Parent or her personal blog, chaos in the country.

When Nichole isn’t blogging about parenting and life, she is a self-proclaimed television addict and borderline couch potato. She is a firm believer in bringing back the American sitcom. It is her obscene fear of needles that kept her out of medical school and instead living vicariously through her favorite television Doctors.
